Thinking about Piazza made me consider that Gardens of Anuncia could be a similar enjoyable mature musical if its narrative was buttressed with a better book.

1. That doesn't mean it's the truth. I knew a production of The Wizard of Oz that "wanted to find a theater to transfer in" to Broadway.
2. "Looking for a theater" is a tactic usually to drum up interest and get investors on the line.
3. I highly doubted we have Wine & Roses on Broadway the same time at Piazza.
