I tried searching this, but came up with no results. Anyway, let's revisit established / commonly used names of those dedicated Broadway show fan groups? I think fans of "Rent" are "RentHeads". How about other fan group names of well known shows? Fire away. from Roman in Austin, Texas

"established" is a tough word to use in this kind of situation. I'll tell you the ones I've heard used before, but I can't promise that they'll all be "well-known":
-Wicked: "Wickedites"
-Hedwig: "Hed-heads"
-Newsies: "Fansies"
-Fun Home: "Fun Homies"
-American Idiot: "idiots"
-Spring Awakening: "Guilty Ones"
-Phantom of the Opera: "Phans"

Phanatics.
How about The Miserable Ones for Les Miz?
The first fan nickname I heard for Wicked was "Shizkids," maybe as early as the SF tryout.
"Mizzies" has been around for a while, too.
I've heard LesMisfits.
For matilda it's maggots.
jorge, that sounds gross. : )
Heathers fans are "Corn Nuts"
The hardcore Jekyll & Hyde fans refer to themselves as "Jekkies."

You're half right.
Heidi Blix ran a poll on her vlog and Something Rotten fans voted to be known as Eggheads.
We can't forget the "Scaryotypes" for Passing Strange!
How about CellBlockers for fans of Chicago? It has a nice ring to it, I think. I didn't think of it, but it was from someone directly connected to the show. She was nice enough to come up with a suggestion.
Back in the day when J&H opened in 1997, the "Jekkies" were a very rabid fan base. BTW - J&H ran fro over 1500 performances so somebody had to like it !!
[title of show] fans were called Tossers.
There was a group in the 90s that called themselves the 'Skidoos" that were insane "Chicago" fans.
They were awful. They had a King who dressed in a cape and crown and would induct people into the group in Shubert Alley. Many cast members found them scary and disturbing.

Can't forget Altarholics for Altar Boyz :)
I once read that Avenue Q fans are called Q-Tips. All the other ones I knew had already been mentioned.
CAROLINE OR CHANGE fans called themselves "Bleach Cups".
