She'd be great though. I'm sure she will audition.

YES! Laura Osnes would be an AMAZING Anna!

in terms of a theater, it just might be the New Amsterdam. They could move Aladdin to a smaller theater like they did with Lion King.

I'm just hoping for Alison luff and Jenn gambatese to reunite in this.

I am sure this will be a great show to watch especially with the younger crowds. I really think anyone would work out great for this.

I'd say Billy Magnussen for Kristoff, Aaron Tveit for Hans, and def Josh Gad for Olaf! Not sure who for Anna and Elsa.

They could do some projection mapping to turn the theatre into an ice palace. Aladdin could move to the Palace, I would think by the spring of 2018, the renovation/makeover would be done.

It seems likely to me she'd be used for demos, out of convenience and a working relationship with the writers. But being "courted"? They don't have the power to promise anything.

Lena Hall as Elsa. Wow. What an idea.

I would like to see Celinde Schoenmaker play Elsa! She's the current Christine in The Phantom in London and I think she would fit perfectly in the fairy tale world Frozen creates. I think there's a recording of her singing Let it go on YouTube as well. Worth checking out.

To combine a bunch of previous ideas I've seen here with some of my own as well, here goes:
Anna: Laura Osnes
Elsa: Krysta Rodriguez
Olaf: Josh Gad
Hans: Aaron Tveit
Kristoff: Jeremy Jordan

Alison Luff..what a great idea! I would see her in anything...

A choreography workshop is coming up in the next few weeks.

months ago I'd heard Aladdin would move to the Lyric to put Frozen in the Amsterdam. Disney and ATG could make a deal

Disney is also opening a Frozen production at DCA this summer, similar to what they did with Aladdin.

Just a question...what's so great about Luff? The Wicked tour was here for about 2 months awhile back and each time I went (I went random days - fri eve, sun eve, tues eve) each time Luff was out.
Its fun to dream cast but do any of you know if these people have the remote interest in being in "Frozen"?

People like Josh Gad, for instance, who have proven they can act on Broadway, and voiced the character in the movie, probably would have at least a remote interest in being in Frozen.

this is 100% without a doubt going into the New Am. why would Disney pay rent to another theater owner on a surefire homerun, especially when Aladdin maybe out of juice by 2018?

I said it before. I'm just saying it again. Don't be suprised when this happens...
Chloe Lowery. Lead singer of the Trans Siberian Orchestra and Yanni lead vocalist.
She will be the chosen one. And this is from all the sources inside.
Check her out at 1:20.

I think Gad is likely but I can't imagine anyone else from the film reprising their roles.
Posted: 2/10/16 at 2:55am
Would Gad want to though? Has he said? I feel like he wouldn't leave his film career to do this.

As mentioned there's a short stage version opening at Disney California Adventure park in Anaheim this summer. Does anyone know who's directing and designing it? And I'm curious if there will be additional songs though I doubt it if it's going to be about 45 minutes long like their Aladdin was. But I expect some creative effects because it's being built to stay there for a long while.
