I just re-read the email. They say you can get two tickets with your LincTix code so you can attend with others but does that mean you have to get both tickets for the same performance or can you can one ticket for two different performances? Just curious.

Anyway, I looked at a few dates and my checkout went really smoothly. Have you tried the basic troubleshooting fixes... switching browsers, etc.?

Switching browsers, clearing cache and cookies, restarting. Nothing

I'm looking at the LincTix seats in the orchestra and according to the map, there is a mezzanine overhang. For those who've been at the Walter Kerr, do you know how bad the overhang is?

I sat in the back third of the orchestra for GGLAM and had no problems with the mezzanine overhang. I honestly don't remember noticing it at all.

I I got two LincTix for a Friday night in October - row J in the orchestra all the way to the right side. We chose the furthest back row since closer rows tend to be more obstructed on the far sides. I'm really looking forward to seeing this show for the first time, and am glad that my fears that the LincTix would only be in the balcony were incorrect.

My first attempt failed because I had my LincTix member number off by one digit. Oops.

My second was interrupted because the interactive seat map was not allowing my browser (first Safari, then Internet Explorer) to access the locked seats which are held for LincTix.

My third attempt had my code correct and tried on Google Chrome and all went smoothly and successfully. Going the first Saturday night of previews!

Cool - I grabbed those seats for January. Thanks!

I got row F all the way to the left.  Is that bad since you said the rows closer than J are obstructed?  Don't know that I've ever sat in the orchestra at the Walter Kerr.

All I mean is that in general, my experience has been that far sides very close to the front are a slightly worse view, because you're more head on to the proscenium. Further back, you're not facing the front wall of the theater as directly, so you miss less and don't have to look as sharply to the side. Since the tickets weren't marked as partial view I don't expect them to be obstructed, I just chose rightly further back to mitigate the possibility of missing part of the stage.

Will there by any chance to run will be extended? Falsettos is one of my absolute favourite shows, but I won't be in NYC until the end of January sad

Christian Borle starts Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in March, so I doubt he'll be able to extend. The rest of the cast might be able to though.

Got my Falsettos ticket in the mail yesterday. (I ordered my ticket through the Audience Rewards advance sale on Monday.) Haven't been in the Walter Kerr for a while, so hopefully it's a good seat. (I got Orchestra Right Row H Seat 2.)

So, have all my tickets in hand.  Now the waiting begins.  My line up for my fall trip will be Holiday Inn (Tuesday, Nov. 15), Falsettos (Wednesday, Nov 16 - Matinee), Dear Evan Hansen (Wednesday, Nov. 16 - Evening), The Cherry Orchard (Thursday, Nov 17), Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812 (Friday, Nov. 18 ), The Encounter (Saturday, Nov. 19 - Matinee), and The Front Page (Saturday, Nov. 19 - Evening).

Has anyone had luck resolving the issue with Ticketmaster not recognizing their code? I was on the phone with LCT twice this morning, and they weren't able to do anything.

Ticketmaster emailed me back this morning and they legitimately told me LincTix was a presale offer and I missed my chance. I emailed back saying it started yesterday and they are mistaken. Still waiting for them to reply.

This was not a very well done sale and I think this one is on LCT, not Ticketmaster surprisingly.

I agree that it appears to be LCT's issue, but when I called, they were trying to tell me it was Ticketmaster. I'm going to be calling their fine arts number later today when I get a chance.

I'm buying my lincTix now and am pretty upset they're tacking on several ticketmaster fees. $5 service fee per ticket, order processing fee of $3.20 and a delivery fee of $4.50 (there is no will call option). That brings the ticket price, which is supposed to be $32, to $40.85 a ticket. ugh. I know that is still an AMAZING deal, but, I wish like on their other linctix ticket websites, they didn't add on the extra fees.

If you wanted to save money you could have done the free print at home option and saved the  $4.50

That is true. I like having paper tickets, though. Was just upset they tacked on extra fees whereas in the past they haven't, because it wasn't through ticketmaster. Ah, well. Ended up buying 2 for Sunday October 30th! Can't wait!

Is Row B front row for this production? Maybe it's going to be held for rush? Can't see ANY performance with seats in that row available in the center orchestra section.

Got my Linctix in last row of mezzanine on the left. I'm so glad they have this discount available! But real question, I've never been to this theatre. Are these decent seats?

I am shocked that LincTix delivery options are everything BUT will call, considering how strict they are about the age and all.
