I just purchased mine. Was able to log on and purchase with no problems.
Ticketmaster really is the worst with all the hidden fees. almost 10 dollars more as opposed to buying linctix on telecharge where there are no fees...

I bought LincTix tickets for the show last week for November 17. They are in side orchestra. I didn't have any issues with my code and I was able to use two Ticketmaster settlement codes. The later you go starting in November the better luck you'll have with good tickets.
I was out when these went on sale so was at the mercy of the app... got no results when I searched for a pair for my chosen date so I did a single instead and it worked. Does anyone know if the "you can buy 2" (for LincTix) means 2 total tickets --- like I could buy another single for a different show? Or is it "up to 2 for a single performance?"

Never occurred to me to try to use those settlement codes. I will probably always forget about them. Just grateful that my code worked so I was able to score tickets without any hassle. I hope those having issues get them resolved because I can appreciate how frustrating and unfair that is.

There are absolutely Telecharge fees for online orders. $10, in fact, per ticket per purchase.
I just signed up for LincTix last week. Now that it is past the three biz days (when it said the code was invalid, which was expected), I started getting a message that says the code expired. Siiigh. Waiting on another email back.

While LincTix is on its own system, it would appear that the LincTix system is run by Telecharge. I found this out when I emailed LincTix about having trouble logging in, and Telecharge emailed me back to let me know they reset my password, and voila, I got in.
Purchasing LincTix online has a fee associated with it ($2.50). It's SOOO reasonable. Fees shouldn't be exceeding that, or at worst no more than double that. Both Telecharge and Ticketmaster charge the ~10ish fee per ticket and then tack on an additional order processing fee. It's nuts.
Was finally able to get a LincTix ticket. It looks like I got one of the last orchestra seats for what looks like the entire month of October which I'm excited about.
I, however, did not like how there was no will call option. I like to have hard copies of tickets and I was forced to use the print at home version, since my billing address is in California and I'll be in NY by the time my tickets come, and Ticketmaster only allows you to mail to your billing address, which is stupid.
As annoying as it is that Ticketmaster only allows you to have tickets mailed to your billing address, it makes complete sense when it comes to deterring fraudulent transactions.

I'm actually still shocked WILL CALL wasn't the ONLY option for this show because of the age requirements to purchase LincTix.

I've encountered this with Ticketmaster before. I understand why they only mail to billing addresses completely, but I'm always confused when will call isn't even an option for Broadway shows. I travel to NYC to see theatre and would much rather pick up all my tickets day of so that I don't have to worry about remembering them when I leave home or losing them along the way. It makes sense not to offer will call for venues without real box offices but that isn't an issue for Broadway theaters and it always annoys me when I buy through ticketmaster.

I agree, but the likely reason Will Call is currently not an option is because the physical box office for The Falsettos isn't open until 9/6. I've noticed the lack of Will Call option tends to happen when tickets go on sale for a production that isn't yet a tenant. This obviously means the system is archaic, but what can we do about it. (TM just needs to store Will Call info for the Walter Kerr Box Office, which it does after Box Office opens anyway -- perhaps it sends Walter Kerr a daily feed or some such and has nowhere to send it if Box Office isn't open for that production yet). I'd rather call b.s. when they charge for Will Call or delivery.
I do wish they gave you an option to change your print-at-home to Will Call once it's available though; they're charging exorbitant online fees for zilch online service. But it's a small trade-off for early access to tickets.
It's not just TM, Telecharge is like that, too. For example, no Will Call option when I bought The Great Comet tickets.
Has anyone purchased LincTix lately? I tried about 20 different dates throughout the run, all midweek, and only found a few seats in the last row of the corner mezz for a couple dates late in the run that qualified for LincTix. Never anything for the orchestra. I'm guessing all the orchestra seats and most of the mezz seats are already sold out for the length of the run? If someone has found something I may have missed, please let me know.
Balcony availability seems to be slightly better, but if I remember right, those are some of the worst seats on Broadway.
Just received this email from Ticketmaster. Should be of interest to anyone who has print-at-home LincTix. I thought it was weird when they gave that option but assumed it was just a Ticketmaster thing:
Thank you so much for purchasing tickets to Falsettos at the Walter Kerr Theatre! Unfortunately, due to a programming error, some LincTix members may have inadvertently received the option to print tickets at home. These print-at-home tickets will not be accepted at the theater.
If you opted for print-at-home tickets, your seat locations and performance date/time are secure; but your print-at-home tickets have been invalidated. You must visit the Walter Kerr box office before the performance to pick up new tickets. You will have to show proof of age, as is always required for LincTix. Tickets may be picked up beginning one half hour before your performance.
"You travel alone because other people are only there to remind you how much that hook hurts that we all bit down on. Wait for that one day we can bite free and get back out there in space where we belong, sail back over water, over skies, into space, the hook finally out of our mouths and we wander back out there in space spawning to other planets never to return hurrah to earth and we'll look back and can't even see these lives here anymore. Only the taste of blood to remind us we ever existed. The earth is small. We're gone. We're dead. We're safe."

Apologies if this has been mentioned (though I didn't see it in my search), but did anyone else see that Falsettos is on TodayTix??
I've been trying to buy through LincTix for weeks and getting the error message with my code, so I was thrilled to see $42 balcony seats. I got 2 for the 1st preview! They also have $79 rear mezz.
Oh, I also just checked the Ticketmaster site and it shows $42 balcony tickets available, though I could swear a month ago I searched multiple Sept/Oct dates and balcony was sold out.
Or did they hold back a certain number of seats that have now been released?
I'm hoping to see this production multiple times, but I can't afford to at $80 & up. So even though LincTix prices would be preferable, I'm still happy to have $42 tickets.
I'm sorry to hear so many others are having trouble with your LincTix codes! I was lazy & didn't reach out to anyone about it, but I may now that I know it's happening to others as well (though it doesn't sound like reaching out has been helpful, I may try anyway).
