I like that you've seen the woman as Elphaba 4 times and yet cannot spell her name correctly. I hope you at least pronounce it correctly.

meagan9848 I think you make a great point. There are a lot of digs taken at the younger girls that are obsessed with Idina after Wicked - were we not all once 12 year old girls/boys who had our obsessions? Cut the girl some slack - if you don't want to talk about Wicked, don't post an answer, simple as that. That being said, I like Idina the best.

Also, for someone who is so clearly against Wicked threads and proclaims that there IS life after wicked, then praytell...
Did I ever say I was against Wicked threads....uh, NO.......I am sick of tired of the same Wicked threads being started over and over and over because people are too LAZY to do a search......
Why on earth is YOUR own screen name "Elphaba"? Care to explain your paradox my friend?
Cause I like the name....if it's any of your business, which it's not. Not a paradox at all.......

Whoa.
Relax darling...relax.
The majority of those who post about 'Wicked', tend to be first-timers. Give them a break.
You certainly have the attitude of Elphaba as she appears in the second act, very fiesty...now I see why you like the name.
It suits you

"...But Kungurtseva reels off multiple fouettes and the tape is stopped so she can take a bow. The Jester, an abomination introduced to Swan Lake in Soviet times, extorts applause from the audience. The cuts don't help the storytelling, the production is bare bones and they go for the '50s-style happy ending.
The audience cheers like mad at the end. It's the Russian ballet, after all..."

In some cases, the search feature well...sucks. There have definately been times when I KNOW something has been discussed before that I have spent 20+ minutes searching and still not find what I'm looking for. Not saying this was one of those cases...just consider that.
Idina: Somehow I got myself to the stage, came out at the end of the show, and I had some kind of closure.
Some guy: You looked great!
Idina: Thanks...I WAS SO HIGH! 8/21/05

The best part was guessing how much of Moms would get off the ground each night.
She didn't so much "defy" gravity as "succumb" to it.
