Not only does the conductor have all the energy of someone in line at the DMV and give cues like she's scolding a dog, she also has her cell phone out on the podium. Can't say I blame her; after the nineteenth encore of "Let's Not Talk About Anything Else But Love" I'd probably be reaching for the Angry Birds, too
