Im looking for the type of song where the main character seems to be kind of freaking out. Its usually in comedy musicals. I have found some but the problem is that they are for women. Are there any of these types of songs for guys?
Here are a few examples:

I imagine there are many examples, but here are a few that come to mind:
"My Very Unfortunate Erection" from The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee
"I'm Calm" from A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum
Not as comical:
"Epiphany" from Sweeney Todd
"Live, Laugh, Love" from Follies

"I'm Reviewing the Situation" from OLIVER!
"Soliloquy" from CAROUSEL
"Sue Me" from GUYS AND DOLLS (though it would be hard to replicate except as a duet)
"Never Will I Marry" from GREENWILLOW
"Stop! Wait! What?" from GENTLEMAN'S GUIDE...
"How Marvin Eats His Breakfast" from IN TROUSERS
"Please Stay" from THE HAPPY TIME
"Angry Inch" from HEDWIG AND...
"Agony" from INTO THE WOODS (duet but would work as solo)
"The Honeymoon Is Over" from I DO! I DO! (also duet, but could be solo)
"A Puzzlement" from THE KING AND I
"In Praise of Women" from A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC
"Why Can't a Woman?" from MY FAIR LADY
The OP is right that more "freak out" songs are written for women, but the above list has something for every voice, age, character, etc. And it is by no means complete.

It occurs to me now that either "The Right Girl" or "Buddy's Blues" from FOLLIES are also freak-out solos.
The term "freak out" covers a lot of territory. If the OP wants something frantic, these are better choices than "Live, Laugh, Love" (not that I am quarreling with the poster who proposed Ben's number).

Two GREAT Maltby/Shire "freak out" songs occurred to me in the shower. Each approaches the "freak out" in a different way:
"I Don't Remember Christmas" (ironic: the fact is the singer DOES remember Christmas and every moment of a failed relationship; the effort to deny it makes him more and more frantic) from STARTING HERE, STARTING NOW.
"What Am I Doing?" (textbook freak out remembered with the benefit of distance, but there's a very clever reversal--twist, surprise ending--at the close) from CLOSER THAN EVER.
I don't know about sheet music but both shows are available at iTunes so you can sample them before you buy anything.

Both "Gee Officer Krupke" and "Cool" from West Side Story have a freak out quality about them, the latter especially as it's used in the film version.

I remember the demo recording of "Adventures in Love" by Zina Goldrich and Marcy Heisler (the same team that brought you "Taylor the Latte Boy" ) has a pretty funny freak out song for a male performer: "The Morning After".
Also, there's "And I Breathe" from "Next Thing You Know" by Joshua Salzman and Ryan Cunningham about a guy who tries to stop smoking for his girlfriend.

There's a cut song from Spelling Bee (at least I've seen it attributed as such) called "Eight Cigarettes a Day," which is a great slow-burn freakout. I know it appeared in the William Finn Lincoln Center concert.

I might also add Crossword Puzzle to this list - a funny freak out song.

"Crossword Puzzle" is a great comic song. I've never heard it done by a man, but I see no reason why it couldn't be.
