The original production of Noises Off was quite funny but I thought it had as much to do with the direction and not just the writing. The original off-broadway cast of The Foreigner was also one of the funniest things I've seen and I really did not find that much in Spamalot to laugh at.

I have to say, "The Scarlet Pimpernel" was absolutely(sp?) hilarious when I saw it recently.
