As for Ephie, she was great. For her first show she had the same reaction really that Julie did for her first show and was just in tears by the last note, and couldn't even get it all the way out. I love seeing dreams come true in real time for actors. And her resume will now always say she was Fanny Brice on Broadway. Good for her. But yes, it was a different performance than Julie - just more grounded in reality, is the best way I can put it. That's no shade or anything on Julie who I truly believe should be the replacement because she's out of this world brilliant, it's just different. If she goes on again I'd really suggest going to check her out if you can.
Side note - This is about Seat Geek, the worst ticketing service that's ever existed. I went on to buy for today and noticed that the app was charging about $30 more for tickets than the desktop site was. I only noticed it because the app was being glitchy so I went to my computer. I don't know what kind of BS that is but just be careful when using that BS service from now on."
Thanks for the info about Seat Geek. I know people complain about Telecharge but I would rather use them then Seat Geek.
"I hope your Fanny is bigger than my Peter."
