SJH is out, I guess? It’s a shame as he was my favorite part of it at the Public.

I agree, Greased Lightning, Sydney James Harcourt was a highlight of the show for me. His "Slow Train Comin'" was amazing. Hope they find a worthy replacement.

This cast was far inferior to the London cast. I was honestly hoping for recasts.

Happy to hear about Mare Winningham transferring! Her "Forever Young" was haunting and beautiful. I was hoping that Sheila Atim would be announced too.

Joshua Henry would be an amazing replacement. Physically believable as a boxer, and vocally wonderful.

I thought Kimber Sprawl was totally forgettable as "Marianne," and I was hoping for a replacement there. As it is, I don't need to see the show again.

Great news!

I’m so glad Stephen Bogardus is out. When I saw it at the Public, he seemed to be in a completely different show. By far the weakest link IMO.

And I’m glad to hear Mare Winningham is returning! She was the biggest stand-out for me.

wasnt Harcourt singled out by awards committees and critics, not to mention reviewers here? Very surprised he isnt going to Broadway with it unless he has something else lined up. (I loved him as Washington in Hamilton...)

I seem to remember he tweeted about how he had a conflict for the Broadway run. Shame because he was my favorite part of the off-Broadway production.

A little swash, a bit of buckle - you'll love it more than bread.

I was going to pass on the Broadway production, but now that Jay O. Sanders has joined the cast, I'm going to have to find a way in.

I loved Mare Winningham's rendition of Like a Rolling Stone. I'm so happy she's in the Broadway cast. I will miss Sydney James Harcourt though. He was phenomenal!

I guess you win some, you lose some!

I just read that the Toronto cast is the UK company that will be opening in London immediately following the Toronto engagement.

How bad is the balcony at the Belasco? Is row A exempt from the poor review and it’s an okay place or is it better to just shoot for the mezzanine?

When the Broadway transfer was announced, Harcourt posted on Instagram he wouldn’t be doing the show due to another project he’s a part of. Half of me thinks it’s a pilot and the other half thinks he’s playing Curtis is Dreamgirls

What is the reason that they decided to use the London cast for the Toronto run over bringing in the the broadway cast? I’d imagine moving an entire cast across an ocean would be more expensive than it would be to drive through the Niagra border.

I definitely prefer Rachel and Jeannette's version.

Rachel John (Mrs. Neilsen on the West End & Toronto) and Jeannette Bayardelle (Mrs. Neilsen on Broadway) sing Bob Dylan's iconic song, Make You Feel My Love

Kelly Clarkson and Ben Platt Cover Bob Dylan’s ‘Make You Feel My Love’
