Posted: 5/1/11 at 1:38pmCongratulations to all involved on a fantastic run! Truly, how often in this day and age can a commercial Off-Broadway play without stars maintain a healthy run for nine months?

So true
It could have gone much longer as well, it was just too many of the cast members (inc Charles) have other things they have to move on too

Posted: 5/1/11 at 3:53pmCome back soon, Charles. But you're such a unique playwrite, I know you will. Looking forward to your next play. Congratulations on a good run.

Went back on Thursday night to see it one final time. Alison Fraser's replacement was stealing the show and giving everyone a run for their money.
I hope Charles writes another show for himself soon! This is what he does best!
And Busch and Halston both got Drama Desk noms this week. Congratulations!

#9Goodbye to The Divine Sister
Posted: 5/4/11 at 9:16amEven though I've seen this production twice, I was so sorry it had to close. Seriously, THE DIVINE SISTER was one of the funniest plays I've ever seen. I also enjoyed Julie Halstons blog and was thrilled when she read my contest ballot on air, although I didn't win the free tickets. Definitly a major highlight of my theatrical year.
