Does anyone have any suggestions for Ensemble Songs that have to do with growing up, graduation, goodbyes etc. that are good to dance and sing to.
When I Grow Up from Matilda. My seniors sang it a few years ago at our final cabaret and everyone was in tears. (Maybe not as dancey as you wanted.)
We did "Corner of the Sky" from Pippin.
Bring on Tomorrow from Fame the Musical. It's actually the graduation song in the show.

"Our Time" from Merrily We Roll Along is very easy to arrange for a group of pretty much any size.
Joe Iconis' "The Goodbye Song" is a great one for these kinds of occasions. Wonderful balance between ballad and uptempo, plenty of time for jamming and dancing at the chorus and outro, can easily be divided for solos, and accessible to a wide skill range for performing.
