Green bracelets worn by Rent cast in Bryant Park- Page 2

If anyone taped the Today show, when they spanned the crowd, there was a guy with a girl standing behind him and their wrists were both full of those green bracelets. If you look at the pictures from Bryant Park, Wilson, Adam, and Rosario were wearing them. That being said, I have no idea what they stand for.

Darfur is a region in the Sudan where there is widespread genocide going on, where Condi Rice and company were manhandled, where women and children are dying in droves...

They could be anything, when my friend passed away we got those braclets custom made with her name and birthday...they could be custom made also. possibly a gift from someone in the cast or crew. thats just my two cents.

I don't think the bracelets for Darfur are green.

I have a samurai bracelet...I got it out of a vending machine thingy for 50 cents. It's black and it says "HONOR" on it. I really don't like these bracelets, they're a fad.

Luv the emcee: I have the same problem. But at least I donated to the cause. My boyfriend wears his all the time.
