This is still one of my favorite shows. This was originally planned for 2018 at 54 Below but canceled so I’m beyond thrilled to find out it’s finally happening (hopefully). For anyone interested, tickets can be purchased here -

I listened to the soundtrack. Really good score. Wonder why it didn’t last.

You’ll get the same people (probably very shortly) saying the show was no good (their opinion) but I know a lot of the company was upset with the marketing team for this one for a very long time and places a good amount of blame on that.

I loved it too. I loved the whole thing, but in particular it has one of my all-time favorite final songs.

Keala Settle is notably absent from that cast list, according to most reviews of the show she was the heart and soul of the original production. Side note: I kind of have a bone to pick with them marketing this as a “reunion” when not all the original cast won’t be there. Call it a tenth anniversary celebration instead.

I don’t think Keala lives in the states now, so maybe that’s why? It’s still a few months away so hopefully more people will be added. Hunter Foster lives just a couple blocks away so hoping he gets added, along with Jay Armstrong Johnson.

Correct. She made it a fun show.

Marc Kudisch has been added to the concert. I’m assuming he’ll be singing Keith’s part. And if you know me you know that I’m MORE than ok with that.
