Thanks! Awful they cancelled today. I'm hopefully seeing the show Saturday matinee but I'm thinking about having a backup just in case."
I’m hopeful too as I have tickets for this and Take Me Out this weekend. But I’m thinking that Jordan won’t be rehearsing his new show on a Saturday? So maybe he could do the mat if needed."
Possibly!! I didnt know he was in another show! But I guess we'll just have to wait and see for this weekend.
So Lana, Reeve and Andre are out all week? What's going on there?
And I was referring to Tuesday night for Dobson going on as Orpheus.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
And a couple ensemble members I think. I’m hearing it’s a combination of scheduled leaves, injuries, and sickness. The other day they went on with only 4 ensemble members, and this afternoon they were going to go on with only three but couldn’t make it happen. I’m not a superstitious person but it seems like a lot of people must have been saying “Macbeth” before Amber left!
Two from the tour (Nathan Salstone - swing + Worker/Orpheus understudy and Kimberly Immanuel - swing + Fates/Eurydice understudy) just left the tour this weekend. I was hopeful that they might join the Broadway company but I'm guessing thats not the case.

Nathan left to work on KNOXVILLE down in Florida. Not sure what’s next for Kimberly.
It's just a lot of people out this week. I guess Tara is out as well? Jessie Shelton, too?

Taylor Colleton I believe is her name was hired pre covid as a vacation swing. Did she return?"
Yes. Out of the five regular "workers", only Trent was on with Emily Afton on as a Fate. Malcolm, Timothy and Grace were all out. Afra came back with Sojourner, Sayo & Tomas on as Workers. Yaya was on as a Fate, T Oliver Reid was Hermes. Tara wasn't on and I'd assume wasn't available, otherwise why call in Afra? So that would have Reeve, Andre, Lana, Jessie Shelton, Malcolm, Timothy, Grace and Tara are out/unavailable.

I need to see his costume!! Is "Yaya" out then? Doesn't make sense otherwise.

This just has the hints that they have another COVID outbreak and aren't saying so. The cancellation of the matinee wasn't put out on any of their socials and it was apparently cancelled ten minutes before curtain.

Grace Yoo posted on her IG that she got injured during the show and they won't cover her medical bills. I'll be interesting to see if and when she comes back.

I could have read it wrong but I think she said they aren’t paying her for being out and they aren’t paying the full price of her transportation to therapy. (Which is still terrible IMO)
I wonder if this will be their cast for the rest of the week?

Does anyone know if similar issues like what’s been going on this week have happened to this show before or any other shows after they came back from the COVID shutdown and, if so, how long they usually last? Does it seem likely that these issues will carry over into next week? My family’s travelling from Canada to see this next week, and I’m started to get worried we might experience a last-minute cancellation like yesterday’s matinee…
T. Oliver said he will be back in as Fate 1 tonight and will be on as either Hermes or Fate 1 through the weekend (as long as the shows go on).
For the person next week, anything can happen by that time I think a number of people should be back including Lana and Reeve, hopefully Andre and Jessie as well. They should be in a better position than they are now, especially towards the end of the week.
