No luck here. Grab my tickets it says sit tight. And once it scrolls through four minutes it says someone else took my tickets.

Check the earlier ticket blocks as well - looks like some scattered seats in Sept 2016 (post-Labor Day) were released!

Exact same thing happened to me, twice. I grabbed my tickets, clicked 'buy ticket', and while it was verifying somebody else bought them. Sigh!!  The bots were busy!

Just got one ticket for May! No idea where I'm sitting or if I'll even be in NY but decided getting a ticket was a start! (Think I got row T orch for $199, do need to check now!)

I can't get ticketmaster to get past the "searching" part of the transaction.

I was literally confirming my order but the app took to long and it said my time was up and my tickets were released....haha.....weeeee...

I can't get anything. The map isn't functioning and when I do the 'find seats for me' it just spins. I have to get up early and go to work tomorrow so calling and sitting on the phone forever is not an option. Argh!

Says my wait time to secure ticket is 45 minutes. Haha wtf. Was going to buy another ticket but I think I'll just be happy with the one I already have.

Yeah I can't make anything work.  Just "Searching.... sit tight" FOREVER on my laptop and won't load at all on my phone.

Sigh.  Still hoping Chicago works anyway.

Got 2 row A front mezz, right side on the aisle, for a Wednesday night in May.

It took 45 minutes, but was able to grab two center orch row V seats for April. So only 304 days until I see the show for the first time!

I had orders time out on me 4 times, but 5th time the charm.  Managed Orch Row D in May - have no idea where the seat is exactly because they've turned off seat selection and I'm not familiar with theatre.  I actually got much better response buying it on my phone with TM app.  Seems that's been better last couple of times I've bought tickets through TM.  #yayhamlet  :)

I had tickets in my cart at 11:11, but when it finally loaded the payment page, it said those tickets were gone. Tried a few more times, but meh. Not worth upsetting myself.

My sister and her husband got tickets though, so I'm more excited about her getting to see it for the first time than I would be about me seeing it a third time.

Hand picked two sets (well 3, but it would let me leave a single seat) to have them all disappear before I got to check out.

 

Then I let them pick me a seat for one specific date, and just about when I was going to give up, I got tix in row c of the orchestra....(albeit, off to the side.)  Haven't decided if I'm going to tell the kids.  (We're on stage for Natasha Pierre the same night!)

Very frustrating. 3 times had tickets in my cart that they searched for me and the next click they are unable to process. 

 

Well, I've not seen it yet so it's prob a sign....

Thanks for the heads up! Got a single seat for September at $150 including fees

THANK YOU for this tidbit! I was able to get Row A mezzanine tickets for late October just now. What a frustrating experience, though.

I just bought a pair of rear mezzanine seats for the October 8, 2:00 show.  They must have did an additional ticket release other than the block of tickets for next year!  Don't have to wait till next year now!!  Nice!!  Give it a try, may still be some tickets left!  Good luck!

adagio you are my hero!!! Thank you so much for tipping us off to the fall seats!  I had managed to grab a side orchestra seat for April, but then saw this and scored a rear mezz seat for October!!  SO excited I won't have to wait so long, plus 2016 = $139 for rear mezz. I'm ecstatic!

To those still trying: be patient. Pick a date that has seats on the map, but then let it "find seats for you" on that date. Let it spin. It just might drop some tickets into your cart :)

I was able to pick up 4 tickets for late September, Orchestra Row S ($199 each).  Have a trip to NYC planned then to see Adele, so now it's Adele and Hamilton!
