I found perfect seats and clicked to buy, but the screen keeps loading and loading and loading. Not letting me go through to actually purchase. Will be so disappointed if I lose these seats.

My desktop never gave me seats.  My phone completed purchase about a minute ago.  With Best Available chosen, it picked rear mezz center for me...oh well!

After about 13 minutes of searching (on the website, not the app), I finally pulled up rear mezz seats (B101, 102). Ended up throwing them back.

Ticketmaster hasn't ever been of much use for that feature like Telecharge.  I think you had to commit to one date, unless you opened multiple tabs on your desktop each with a different date.  I wish Ticketmaster was more theater tickets friendly!

Ticketmaster won't let me open up multiple tabs/dates for this presale, when I tried to search a second date in a separate window at the same time, I got told the other one would cancel. I've been 'searching' for like 20 minutes. :/

Been waiting on a loading screen for a half-hour now. I thought the whole point of this presale code was to just get a bunch of verified seats sold quickly. This is torturous and a horrible fan experience.

Got my code this morning and got 4 tickets a few minutes after 10 am this morning for March 2018. I think this Ticketmaster verification system is great. I had to be patient and let Ticketmaster search for 3 or 4 minutes but it all worked out. Since I've already seen the show from very close up, I chose to get 4 of the $199 seats in the rear mezz.
