Will I?-RENT
Phantom of the Opera
Empty Chairs at Empty Tables- Les Mis
I Should Tell You from RENT has always sounded very haunting to me.
Of course:
Your Daddy's Son - Ragtime
The Beauty Is (Reprise) - The Light In The Piazza
Goodbye Until Tomorrow/I Could Never Rescue You along with several of the sad songs from The Last 5 Years
Basically everything in Sweeney
Empty Chairs at Empty Tables
Last Midnight and Lament
I TOTALLY agree with the first guy, Roger246, with "Your Daddy's Son". My choir director played that for us a few weeks ago, and I was floored.

"Goodbye Until Tomorrow" - L5Y
Ah yes, Moonie! "Goodbye Until Tomorrow" I totally agree with.
Oh! And the final Ballad of Sweeney Todd - particularly on the revival recording. "No one can help, nothing can hide you/Isn't that Sweeney there beside you" - if that isn't haunting enough..
Ah I third "Goodbye Until Tomorrow" and would like to also specifically add "Nobody Needs To Know"... that whole song gives me the chills.
Phantom of the Opera in its entirey

See What I Wanna See- "Quartet:You'll go Away With Me" and "Rising, Up"
Sweeney Todd-The whole thing but specifically- "The Ballad of Sweeney Todd"
"Shadow's of the Night" -A Tale of Two Cities
There are so many, but this one popped into my head right away.
Finale of Parade...When he hits that not at the end of "Old red hills of home!" i get shivers down my spine.
also anything from ragtime..amazing show
