Help Me Make a Flops Cd — Page 2

If you're going to use "Wild Party" and "Caroline, or Change." then you need to remember...

People Like Us (Wild Party)
Lot's Wife (Caroline, or Change)

I also just remembered that Sondheim's "Merrily We Roll Along" closed after something like 8 performances, ergo "Not a Day Goes By" and "Good Thing Going" can be included.

As for "Parade," I beleive that though it was done at the Lincoln Center it closed prematurely and had dismal sales on tour, making it a flop.

GRIND has some pretty good songs too.

The title song "Carrie" from Linzi Hateley's CD...

Thanks...I couldn't remember the name of the CD...

I adore seussical... their only mistake was mounting a show for kids and their parents that wasn't produced by Disney.

Pretty much anything from WHOOP-UP is a must. My faves include most of the Susan Johnson songs ("When The Tall Man Talks", "Men", "Flattery" being the very best), but I also love "Caress Me, Posess Me Perfume", the super-cheesy "Love Eyes" and Danny Meehan's "The Best of What This Country's Got".
