LOL
The thing is, besides being an utter toad of a human being, Riedel usually has the least knowledge of the topic in the room. He doesn't usually understand the content or approach of a show, and is always completely and unfailingly socially ignorant, which makes it really infuriating when Susan can't get a word in edgewise. A definitive mansplainer; it's always painful when he has female guests. I watch the show sporadically when I really want to see a guest, because it's the only theatre talkshow we have, but it would be so much better without this hateful clown in a dadcoat. Moat of those are not horror. Suspenseful or even frightening omission nor the same as horror.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
In our millions, in our billions, we are most powerful when we stand together. TW4C unwaveringly joins the worldwide masses, for we know our liberation is inseparably bound.

There have been a few different Frankenstein musicals. Same with Night of the Living Dead musicals. The one I saw off-off-Broadway forever ago included a scene where George W. Bush got gored to death on a golf course because of course he did.
There are also two different Poe musicals called Nevermore. Both are small, chamber musicals. One is Poe and four women representing his muses; the other is a steampunk adaptation.
Shockheaded Peter was horror.
There's a solid little Sleepy Hollow musical by Janet Yates Vogt worth looking at.
Annabelle Broom is a delightful, creepy musical for kids.
Little Shop of Horrors.
If you extend your range to Gothic musicals, as well, then you can toss in Jane Eyre, The Visit, and A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder.
I have all the cd's mentioned in my post. I have a Sleepy Hollow one but do not know if it is the one mentioned above..
I saw a little gem years ago at the WPA (I believe) called Buzzsaw Berkley- a cross between a slasher movie & an Judy & Mickey let's put on a show musical.
