They are waiting for Denver.
cause TARZAN sucked so bad...
And you can get cheap tix to POPPINS anytime you want.
But hell they won one TONY.

The supporting cast is great

they have too many tickets blocked off. at least from what i could see when i tried to get tickets. i settled for mid mezz because trying to get the orchestra tickets was just driving me crazy.
granted, this was during previews (i.e. the first few weeks)...

I noticed there's like a Disney pattern at the Tony Awards...
Beauty and The Beast: Lukewarm Reviews, nominated for Best Musical and won 1 Tony that was a given
Lion King: Rave Reviews and won Best Musical
Aida: Mixed-Negative Reviews and snub for Best Musical
Tarzan: Negative Reviews and snub for Best Musical
Mary Poppins: Lukewarm Reviews, nominated for Best Musical and won 1 Tony that was also a given
...Now Little Mermaid...I really think Disney is putting a lot of effort into this show to make it awesome, and if it is, it could end up just like The Lion King: Rave Reviews and win Best Musical

Posted: 6/11/07 at 11:59pmi know that the two that are not wearing the heelies are Triton and Ursula and lets just say Ursula is very S&M. All the rest are very bright colors and some things are very dutch like in a way

Oooh what I would like to know is how their going to design the costumes for Ariel (i.e. The Fins & Dresses) & the costume for Ursula.
Do you think for Flounder, Sebastian, Scuttle & the other Sea Creatures, will they do them as puppets with the actors holding them like they do for Lion King?
