Well, if it makes you feel any better, I won the WICKED lottery twice on two different tour stops (100% success rate).

Posted: 2/4/09 at 7:50pmI hear you, I've lost it several times too. The problem is that it's just so popular - you'd have as much luck winning the real lottery. If you can possibly afford it, I'd recommend just buying a regular ticket, 'cause it's totally worth it. And I think they have some that are pretty reasonably priced, like around $50 or $60.

I entered the Broadway WICKED lotto spur of the moment only once (alone, mind you) and won. I did the same for it on tour. Only once. With my friend. I won. A friend of mine, on the other hand, has literally done the Broadway lotto for WICKED about 100 times and has never won. Not once.
Just goes to show it's a total crapshoot and no matter how many times you do it, your odds will always be the same (well, not exactly; barring how many people show up, which is roughly always the same). Keep trying. It's free to lose, so why not keep trying.

I've only done lottery for a show three times, and have won twice (title of show and Hairspray).
Try going midweek.
