So I'm sure it's been mentioned somewhere on here before, but how often does she call out?
Not often.
I don't know why this question gets asked so often. Almost all professional theatre actors who are in the business for any amount of time attend all performances they are scheduled for unless they are too sick to perform or have a planned vacation. There are a few notable exceptions but they have been discussed so regularly and Idina is certainly not one of them. She missed a week or so when she was ill in June but otherwise has made just about every performance. With someone like Menzel, her vacation days will probably be released somewhere at some point if you're very concerned.
At what rate does she get too sick to perform?! A random one.

Somebody should make a chart and graph it out.
Let X equal the mythic Ethel Merman Attendance Record and Y equal Harvey Fierstein's Wall of Shame.
The other night she was callin' out a lot.
In bed.
To God.

The only reason I asked was because Ramine doesn't perform on Thursday's, Sierra Boggess calls out twice a week,Etc. so its not uncommon.
Sierra doesn't call out. She doesn't perform every show, like most (or all) of the actresses who play that role.
Those are all announced in advance on the show and ticket websites, though. The shows Idina doesn't perform at aren't a secret, they don't exist unless she is too ill to perform.
And Ramin Karimloo also has a standby as every Jean Valjean has had in the US for quite some time.
Idina doesn't have a standby.
Idina Menzel does have a standby: Jackie Burns.

Idina doesn't have a standby."
Idina does have a standby, Jackie Burns. I think your referring to Ramin's alternates.

She will be out tomorrow (July 15) as she is singing at the All Star Game in Minneapolis. http://www.people.com/article/all-star-game-2014-idina-menzel

^Didn't I read on here that tomorrow's performance was being cancelled? Such a shame, because Jackie is unbelievable in the role, though I understand from a producer's prospective.

^If/Then cancelled the performance (which was stupid) and instead have added an extra performance on Sunday night (7/20).

Sorry, wrong word. Not sure how I managed that one.
"If/Then cancelled the performance (which was stupid)"
Silly capitalists, not wanting to give out refunds to people who bought tickets to see Idina...

That's possible-I just knew Idina was supposed to be at the All Star Game.

^Not only possible, it is fact. Go look at Ticketmaster. No performance today.
She has only missed a weekend, so like 4 or 5 shows, and it was because she was sick. She hasn't missed any shows beyond that.
Late to the party but all the Liz Lemon angel high fives to Jordan!
And Idina has only missed like 5 shows since If/Then began previews in DC. She rarely calls out of any show she's done. In a recent interview w/ TheaterPeople, Eden Espinosa said it was some 8 months before she had a chance to go on for her during Wicked on Broadway.
In the entire run, since Preview 1 at DC, Idina has only been out for 4.5 performances.

That's nothing. Back when she opened Wicked on Broadway, she didn't miss a show until the end of March 2004. That means she went nearly 6 months without missing a performance.
