My friend who goes to uni in the UK said his started working after moving countries (It didn't work in Australia, tried with multiple ISPs and OSs).

I mean, it doesn't work for me. But maybe this indicates one of the solutions (moving countries .

Good tip! lol. I am kinda surprised they still haven't worked this out... On the positive, my VOD version is still working despite being past the 30 day expiry so maybe they've kept it up for now...

Complain and they will offer it to you. At least you will get to see it then, and it really is an amazing production. I think I like it better than the original. I just wish they'd fix this damn problem.

My friend posted on their wall about the problem and they kicked him out of the facebook site.

I seriously hate this company, hate hate hate.

Happy that I have my refund, but pissed off that I can't get the HD download when they claim to offer it...wish they would collapse and another company could release it on DVD <_<.

Also annoys me how they keep saying it affects only a 'small amount of users'.

They just released an update to the player, and now the show is actually downloading! I'm so excited!

It does play, but sometimes it stops and you have to skip a couple of seconds.

Well, I would be careful about saying it works for everyone with the SD version....it's possible it works for you but not others.

I believe the player runs on AIR, which would involve Flash, no? I might suggest that those with issues try updating their Flash Players and see if that helps. I'm not familiar with their player, so this is really just a shot in the dark. Hope it might be helpful!

UGGGGH Well that link doesn't even load for me--it says Disallowed Key Characters--I tried on different computers, different browsers, refreshing. Booo.
