Looks like it did $389,264 last week. It took a hit, instead of getting a bump after the Tony's. Suprised it is struggling since it had great reviews. I was hoping to see it.
I know for a musical less than $400k will not cut it, but even for a play that seems unprofitable.
I thought they just extended.
I don't know what their nut is though.
ETA - not extended, I meant put a new block of tix on sale.

It's not the same budget as a musical. They're doing fine.
Given the demands of the show and the smallness of the cast, it has to be one of the least expensive shows to run.
They definitely did release more tix, but that doesn't mean much. It can't be in great shape, but I hope it lasts for at least a little while!
I definitely want to see this again.
The performances were so good (even the two guys not nominated were outstanding).
And I have to see that sex scene at least once more.

The TKTS app lists a closing date of 7/26 but that's obviously not accurate because it still lists Gigi as an open run. Where the heck do they get that stuff?
I hope it is still playing in mid-July, which it sounds like it will be. I loved this play.
I thought they were selling until the end of the year.
I actually bought tickets yesterday and although most discount services list HAND TO GOD as running through 7/26, their website indicates they are selling through 1/23/16. Apparently there was an announcement just after the Tonys of their extension.

It's not an "extension." It was always an open run.
From the looks of it, it does not have a high production cost so hopefully that will be good for it.
Deadline reported that the running cost are $275k, so it is still making money.

I'm planning on seeing it in September so I hope it has a good summer!
I believe 7/26 was the sell through date when tickets went on sale originally.

275K for a play on broadway, jeez thats like nothing, good to those producers.
