Is Laura Bell Bundy returning to ROCK OF AGES?

OMG my girlfriend says that Laura Bell Bundy (MY FAVORITE!) may join ROCK OF AGES!. Does anybody know anything about this? I saw her in the LA show and she was so funny and AWESOME! I loved Legally Blonde!

It could happen, I guess, since she played the role in LA.

Haven't heard those rumors at the theatre at all. Plus, I think LBB has been taking a break from acting. She's even moved back to TN and is concentrating on her company TAKE IT FROM THE TOP.

Her voice was got pretty destroyed during Legally Blonde, and considering that this show messed up Amy...I doubt that Laura would do it.

Laura Bell had a sit down meet and greet when Legally Blonde came to Nashville. She said that she is focusing on her carrer as a country singer, she should have an album out by november, and she will "hopefully start touring by January."

That might actually get me to see it live. She's underrated, IMO, she's really charming, and her voice (before it got strained) in LB was actually pretty decent.

Blue, Laura fits the role.. she originated the role. Nonetheless, I'd rather pry my eyes out with a spoon and soak the sockets in salt than watch Laura bell Bundy in that show.

Especially if her voice is as jacked up as people say. I saw the show last January and didn't notice any particular vocal problems but I'll take people's word for it.

I saw LBB the second night of the Nashville tour stop of Legally Blonde. Frist (and last) time I've seen the show, and her voice was...well, not up to par. That could also be from the cast party they had the night before. From what one of the crew told me, she had fun. Who else was in ROA pre-broadway tryout?

I know nothing about LBB coming back but I do know that Savannah is not renewing her contract. She will be appearing in another BWay show in the Fall...
