He was back in the show on Wednesday. Just a heads-up, L.A. to NYC is only a 6 hour flight. 🤣

He was still out Wednesday afternoon so I wasn’t sure. And even if it had been a shorter flight, I believe the show is back in production and he might have been needed on set.

I’m glad the great Becky Shaw cast gets to finish it up together.

He’s committed to BECKY SHAW so even if THE PITT was filming this week, they work around him until he’s back. THE GILDED AGE has been filming for months while Ben Ahlers is on Broadway in DEATH OF A SALESMAN so they film around his schedule. He films his scenes during the day aside from matinee days and he’s always back on stage for the evening performances. Audra McDonald did this as well while filming THE GILDED AGE Season 3 and still doing GYPSY on Broadway.

Pitt isn't back until at least next week or the week after.

Well yes, but Audra and Ben were in shows and plays on the same coast and Ben still missed many performances of DOAS in the play's first few weeks.

Anyway, if he's back to close the show I'm glad.

He was 100% out of both shows on Wednesday.
