I have a confession to make, on Tuesday with a lady friend of mine, I watched the dvd 'Chicago', both of us sat there with wine and chocolates for the lady and a pot of diazapan for me!

I...had a job interview today. I don't think it went amazingly well, but it went OK. I doubt I got the position, but I'll know for certain on Monday.

Aww, mama - please don't be mean to Connie. She's lovely. Saw her last Saturday night at the Swansea Grand - she was a judge for the finals of this year's Musical Theatre Welsh Young Singer Of The Year contest and she stayed around in the bar for ages afterwards, chatting to anyone and everyone.

If anyone came near me with a CD by that scrawny squirrel, I would break it into shards and carve a willy on their forhead.

For some truly wonderful listening pleasure, I can highly recommend It's a Sunshine Day: The Best of the Brady Bunch. I've had some fairly shocking tough times lately and the shameless bubblegum joy has been doing me the world of good. I especially enjoy their cover of American Pie... there's something quite awesomely wrong about the Brady kids singing the words 'Satan' and 'Hell'.

Bob i know, she and her parents used to go to my mums hotel and restaurant when she was a kid. They still stay in touch.
She's lovely, the albums aint!

Fair point, mama - Connie's album isn't exactly inspiring.

Sadly I'm working all weekend. Like actually all weekend (7am till 8pm both days) - I need the money for my trip to NY.

I'm also going to have my Priscilla cast recording on repeat whenever I'm not at work, and maybe even when I am :)

Im gutted coz couldnt go to my LB audition because i have a really bad throat infection grrrrr

Oh and ive been up for 24 hours working on a script, oh and i have to go to work tonight grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Well if you need cheering up, just listen to MacArthur Park on the Priscilla cast recording. Even on my worst days, hearing Jeremy Stanford belting out "someone left the cake out in the rain" always brings a smile to my face :)

I've never spoken a word of filfth on these boards...! o.O

I got into 6th form at 8.30 today, signed in and we all went to get breakfast at the cafe, it was the best start to a friday ive had in a long time! Then we went back, i choreographed some more of my ****ty skank of a contemporary dance which im now annoyed with. Went to the park for lunch and then did **** all. I love how i had loads of time to do work, and i jsut didn't use it! pfft what an actual joke.

Isn't the weather lovely today...its actually made me realy happy :)

Sam I know pretty much all of the show, lyrics wise! Lol sad, but I do have a weird ability to remember lyrics and songs instantly, pity it doesn't apply to learning things like in history!!
I have never been so glad for it to be the weekend! Horrible week!

I like history!
But I'm majorly pissed off. My art GCSE exam is the 6th, 7th, and 8th of May, whole days. Guess when my Drama GCSE is?! 8th May!!!
They aren't even exams that have to be on the same day throughout the country, like maths!! So annoyed =(

3 day Art exam!?

when i did art GCSE it was 10hours. So 5 hours a day, 2 days. Are you splitting yours across 3days?

I was so lucky none of my exams clashed, whereas there were a lot of people who had to be kept in isolation because they had a clash and they couldnt let them into anywhere they could get info from other candidates! it's silly sometimes!

Yeah it's weird, I thought it was only meant to be two days! It's 10 hours, no idea why it's over three! It's just so annoying, but I can't be bothered to get stressed any more about art. I can safely say I'm not taking it for A Level! I'm going to take Theatre Studies though =)
