Reigning on someone's parade much, Jennifer?

One time, Patti LuPone punched me in the face...

It was awesome.

NOt true. They'll listen. She is the most buzzed about talent discovery of the year/evening.

EDIT: I misread. I thought it said Hudson and got all excited. Yeah, this is just sad now. Updated On: 2/15/07 at 11:45 PM

Oh Holliday... This is getting downright pathetic. It's not even entertaining anymore for sheer camp value.

I hope she does too...learn how not to end up like Holliday 25 years from now.

el oh el viet.

thats a great point. Hopefully HUdson will learn not to be a diva that no one wants to work with and subsequently can't get another real job and has to spend the rest of her life singng one song over and over again cause that's the only thing people can stand to see her do.

This just in!...

Ms. Holliday will also bring along a "World's Greatest Mom Oscar," placed just off-camera on the Red Carpet, where she will simultaneously pantomime a winning speech, should Ms. Hudson's name be called inside the Kodak Theatre. E!'s camera's will be ready and rolling, should this happen.

Holiday will also forget to take her medication and bring an assault riffle. Look out, Ryan Seacrest!

I was using a different meaning of the word, as in, to pull back, therefore my spelling is correct...I'm not sure what the prior poster meant.

I'll be watching and yelling "You go girl!" and feeling very white.

Good for her, she's milking it for all it's worth. I'd be doing the same.

"Holiday will also forget to take her medication and bring an assault riffle. Look out, Ryan Seacrest"

HAHA.

Thats great.

I'd love to see someone put that over frosted little freak in his place. He's annoying on that red carpet.
He's at his best on E! News and American Idol, just keep him off the red carpet.

Back on topic.

Jennifer Holiday performing is great.
Its like her ushering out the old and letting Jennifer Hudson get her blessing to usher in the new.

How degrading! Is she really that desperate that she opts to play second fiddle to her successor? Embarassing.

Actually, husk, it's "rein" in that case.

Rein means to pull back or curb. Also the plural "reins" as in a horse's reins.

Reign is what the Queen does.

Rain is... well, you know... the wet stuff.

Actually, in all seriousness, I won't watch.

I find it embarrassing and depressing on that night, of all celebratory nights, to camp outside on the red carpet and sing "her song."

I think it's sad.

The less I see of it, the better.

" hank God! Hopefully Hudson will sit out there and learn something! This is the greatest news ive heard all week!"

What does Jennifer Hudson have to "learn" from her, exactly? I love Holliday and think she's very special, but Jennifer's been nothing but gracious, and she has nothing to apologize for--not her excellent performance and especially not her nomination.
