Posted: 1/17/13 at 12:24pmNot surprising. In a recent interview with Charlie Rose she said Miss Julie is her favorite play and she's wanted to do the part for a while.

A friend's friend and I were discussing this Saturday night and I was wondering if her choice with the "YESSSSSSSSS" and the "I love YOU" was to reflect how extremely emotionally stunted the character is. She doesn't know how to react to any positive attention and in turn responds the way she thinks she's supposed to rather than spontaneously. Florid and dramatic rather than honest.
Of course, the friend's friend just though she was a little, um..."special."
