I thought it was a big mistake opening the show so soon after closing on B'way. IT was too soon, and will probably result in a delayed revival that may have occurred in 15 or so years. 'Why would I invest in a show that was a flop off-Broadway the last time it was around? I think it is one thing to move to off-Broadway...it is another thing to open off-Broadway and flop.

As much as I loved the original (saw it five times), I just didn't have a desire to see this, especially with them asking for $90+ tickets. Even at 50% off via TKTS I wasn't interested. I'm sure community theaters will be all over this show now(excluding any red states).

JSquared2, Cyndi and Harvey were on GMA only two weeks ago talking about Kinky Boots. That takes mental energy. Maybe now she can let it go, and get some new drive to finish Working Girl. One does have something to do with the other.
