Pheobe? But she plays Ana, they also gave her an Understudy role?
My guess is Eryn.

^ haha
I think it'd be grand if they bumped Phoebe up to fulltime Ilse - she's incredible; she's one of the strongest actresses in the cast and one of the few to, in my opinion, really "understand" the character.
I doubt they'll bump her up, though.

Ah, that's a bummer.
Pritchard's singing voice is one of the few out there that makes all my emotional walls come down in one swoop. It's like the voice of God, if God can sing.

Posted: 1/22/08 at 7:31pmI don't think they will either, but I most definalty agree with you. I've always wondered why they gave her one of the smaller roles.

2nd biggest female part, no?
I appreciate the warmth of her voice, but I'm curious to see how it sounds out of a crisper, clearer voice.

Posted: 1/22/08 at 8:31pmAw man! I love Lauren's voice! It didn't sit well with me until I saw the show for myself, and I fell in love with her. I hope they find a good replacement.

Posted: 1/22/08 at 9:55pmPritchard is a fantastic Ilse and was easily the performance I most enjoyed in the show... It's a shame to see her leave, though she HAS been in the show for a while now. I can't wait to see/hear what she does next!

Posted: 1/22/08 at 9:58pmI'm really glad I get to see her this Saturday before she leaves!
re: Lauren Pritchard to leave Spring Awakening#21
Posted: 1/22/08 at 10:03pmHer performance has really, really deteriorated since she opened the show. Now is the best time to go.

Posted: 1/22/08 at 10:05pmLauren is terrific! Loved seeing her in Spring Awakening last month. She has a big career ahead of her and I wish her all the best for her future!

Her performance has really, really deteriorated since she opened the show. Now is the best time to go.
How does that make sense? If she's gotten WORSE, why would now be the time to go?
re: Lauren Pritchard to leave Spring Awakening#24
Posted: 1/22/08 at 10:08pmI really liked Lauren, and it's sad that she's leaving. But yay, because she's working on her solo album. And her music is really great.
