I think it'd be grand if they bumped Phoebe up to fulltime Ilse - she's incredible; she's one of the strongest actresses in the cast and one of the few to, in my opinion, really "understand" the character.

I doubt they'll bump her up, though.

Ah, that's a bummer.

Pritchard's singing voice is one of the few out there that makes all my emotional walls come down in one swoop. It's like the voice of God, if God can sing.

I appreciate the warmth of her voice, but I'm curious to see how it sounds out of a crisper, clearer voice.

Aw man! I love Lauren's voice! It didn't sit well with me until I saw the show for myself, and I fell in love with her. I hope they find a good replacement.

Pritchard is a fantastic Ilse and was easily the performance I most enjoyed in the show... It's a shame to see her leave, though she HAS been in the show for a while now. I can't wait to see/hear what she does next!

Lauren is terrific! Loved seeing her in Spring Awakening last month. She has a big career ahead of her and I wish her all the best for her future!

I really liked Lauren, and it's sad that she's leaving. But yay, because she's working on her solo album. And her music is really great.
