Santa Fe in RENT. To me that song is out of place and a little random, thought it does appear again later in the show. It just bothers me.

"Little Bird, Little Bird" - Man of La Mancha
"Tevye's Dream", "Far From the Home I Love" - Fiddler on the Roof
"Da-Doo" - Little Shop of Horrors
By the way munk, why do you not like "Meeskite"? I really like that song. For once, someone should do a revival of Cabaret that has the ENTIRE original production score intact (no movie songs).

I'm Not Wearing Underwear Today - Avenue Q
Da-Doo - Little Shop of Horrors
I was going to try to find a Spelling Bee track I didn't like and turned up empty. This is considered a good thing.

Posted: 5/31/06 at 8:05pmPandajen, I totally agree! Maybe because John Lithgow can't sing, but I also think it's just a total mood killer that doesn't actually benefit the show in any way, as a Lawrence-Christine love thing is never really played up in any way!

My two favorite musicals are West Side Story and Rent, so if I had to choose my least favorite songs, I'd go with "Gee Officer Krumpke" and "Today 4 U", but i don't necc. hate those songs.
I also love Hairspray but hate "Miss Baltimore Crabs"

Aida- "Another Pyramid"
Rent- "Your Eyes" springs to mind, but I almost never skip it, so it's probably really "Over The Moon"
tick.. tick... BOOM!- "Boho Days"
Wicked- "March of the Witch Hunters"
off the top of my head

"Let's Walk" - Light in the Piazza
"Timeless to Me" - Hairspray (I skip it on the recording but love it in the show)
"Magic Foot" - Spelling Bee (I'm probably in the minority on that one)

"Wait" - Sweeney Todd. I almost always skip over it. Pretty superfluous, and the only reason I can think of it being there is so that Sweeney has a reason to say "Why did I wait?/You told me to wait!"
"What Would You Do?" - Cabaret. I'm not saying it's necessarily bad song, but I usually skip over it, so I suppose it's my least favorite.
"The Day Off" - Sunday in the Park With George. Again, I don't think it's a bad song. it's just more fun to watch than listen to.
"Someone is Waiting" - Company. Meh.
"An Exquisite Corpse" - Hedwig and the Angry Inch. I usually have to be in a certain mood to listen to it completely through.
"Something Just Broke" - Assassins.
"Liasons" - A Little Night Music. It's just a little too slow for me to get many repeated listens.
