How would you rate their main works (Brigadoon, Paint Your Wagon, My Fair Lady, Gigi, Camelot) from most to least favorite?

You're list would be mine, too, if I'd thought of movies, too. *face palm*

My Fair Lady
Gigi
Brigadoon
Camelot
Paint Your Wagon
Looking at this list, I realize that "Wagon" is the only show set in the United States.

My Fair Lady- Absolutely perfect
Paint Your Wagon- I think because it's straightforward, it works better than Brigadoon. The side characters are side characters and aren't a big distraction from the main couple or the father-daughter relationship.
Brigadoon- The recent Encores production was excellent but the movie is middling and I don't think I'd enjoy an average amateur production. It's also... a lot. It's not an album I want to listen to in one sitting.
Camelot- Some great songs but it feels more like musical numbers strung together than a cohesive show in my brain. I've watched the movie and listened to the OBC album but never seen a staged production so maybe that would change my opinion.
Gigi- Meh. I remember enjoying the movie the first time I watched it but I rarely feel motivated to revisit anything from the movie or the score the way I do with the other shows.

Just the scores? Or the whole shows? Because MY FAIR LADY is the only one that has a great book (because it's 80% Shaw). Lerner's books to all the others are borderline awful.

In terms of pure enjoyment for me:
1. Gigi -- I think the score is greatly underappreciated. I love the original version and the additional songs.
2. MFL -- I have found the AlfredP Doolittle portions annoying for at least 2 decades. Love the rest.
3. Camelot -- Underappreciated. I have enjoyed every production of this that I have seen, including the movie.
4. Paint Your Wagon -- Meh with a few good songs.
