Rush has still been insane. I tried to do it last week and failed.

I rushed today for the wednesday matinee and got there at 7AM and was 8th or 9th in line. By the time the box office opened there were probably around 60 people. It is still insane! The show is well worth it though. I was disappointed Ramin was out when I went, but Aaron Wapole is incredible as Jean ValJean too, and I thought Earl Carpenter did an amazing job as Javert!

I rushed today too. Aaron Walpole was absolutely amazing. If Ramin is out, don't be disappointed to see Aaron. I thought the show was magnificent! Earl Carpenter was wonderful too. And rush was crazy.

Ramin seems to be out so often, and his schedule is changing again in October. I'm seeing him next Wednesday and since he is the sole reason I'm going, I really hope he is there. I applaud those who rush, I'm always afraid of the seats being terrible and just don't do it.

I rushed for Les Mis yesterday, which was the Friday of Labor Day weekend. I got there a little before 6 A.M. and I was first in line. The next person showed up 5 minutes after I did. I'd say by 7:00 A.M., there were at least 15 people in line already. It was totally worth it, as I got the AA 2 and 4 seats which is a 2-person row in the front right orchestra section.
TIPS for the rushers: There's a public bathroom in the Marriot Marquis, which is on the same block. Take the escalator upstairs and turn right, past the row of Broadway posters on the wall. There's also a brand new Starbucks in the lobby if you get there at an ungodly hour and need coffee. Also, people will think you are the end of the rush line for Pippin (the lines overlap) so you'll need to correct them.
Hope that helps!

Maybe two seats opened up! The Wednesday I rushed, two weeks ago, there were about 50 people on line by 10. Did you enjoy the show?

I rushed Pippin last Wednesday and Les Mis is right next door. The first person got to Les Mis about 7:15. The seats If you are first, you get row AA 2 and 4 front row (also if it is available) and great seats. after that they move back and way off to the sides and the boxes (THEY SUCK)

Sounds great! I wonder if it will a little busier this week because of spring break/Easter? I think I'll give it a try tomorrow. It will be a long day in the city!

Where does one go to get on line for rush tickets? Is it right in front of the they're entrance on 45th street? That's where I am. Just want to make sure I'm at the right spot cause I think I'm the first one here.
