Les Miserables 25th Anniversary Concert will be on DVD.

Jeff Nicholson, a current cast member of the production at the Queens Theatre and will be part of the concert, tweeted that the concert is going to be filmed and will be on DVD. He also said that it will also be screened on selected VUE Cinemas. Thank God, Lea and Norm's performance will be preserved. :)

PS- I don't really get why they released a live recording of the 25th Anniversary Touring Cast. I didn't like the recording at all.

I actually really like the tour cast recording. I love the new orchestrations. I think it was a pretty good idea to release the tour cast on CD and the concert on DVD instead of just a CD and DVD of the concert like they did for the tenth anniversary.

Looking at this archaic but possibly reputable website, the US release may be on Feb. 22:

Meanwhile, Universal has added Les Miserables to its February Blu-ray and DVD release slate. Look for it on 2/22. This is a video presentation of the recent Broadway stage performance, honoring the show's 25th anniversary.

Of course, they're wrong about that Broadway part, so who knows.

Also, the 2/22 date seems to only have been mentioned on this particular site.

Finally we get something before you guys, here in Australia :)
I bought mine a week ago off the shelf at a music store. Very cheap too. I had not seen it on the big screen and was pretty pleased with it overall.
