I love how Laura Benanti name drops My Fair Lady at any chance she can get. I hope a production can actually come to fruition.

Wow, that really did sound great. I can't wait for this recording -- for a show whose existence I knew little about before this revival, I've become quite smitten with it. ("smitten" seems like the perfect word for this show.)

Does it bother anyone else how short she holds the high B at the end? I wanted her to sing it longer. Really beautiful besides that. Great recording.

Same here! I've seen it three times now, including twice in less than a week. Such a well done production.

I think that's also because it's a very common question for an actor- "what are your dream roles?" I hope it happens as well, even if it's just a concert or Encores-type thing like the old "Summer Stars" series.

it bothers me a little just because it's SO short. oh well! I can't wait for this album.
