if anyone goes, please post a review... i think this show is going to be adorable!!! I love the movie and i can't wait to see how the music turns out.
They've been trying to get that show up and runing for months now. I remember they had casting auditions back when they had the auditions for the kids in Gypsy.

you're so right lol! It will be like another ANNIE but probably better. I think this story is even sweeter.
I loved both movie versions (Shirley Temple's and the one from the 1990's), so I'm really looking foward to seeing it as a live show.
Anyone know who was in the reading?? IssaMe where are you when these things come up???

In Venice, Berlin, Switzerland, and London but not in that order. Once the Tonys are over, I'm outta here.
But back in August for "Boy from..." performance in the park.
Sorry I missed "Little Princess" reading...especially since Lippa's work on the now-cancelled Jack O'Brien/Pete Gurney musicalization of "Life with Father" was quite interesting! But everyone bailed.
Well well well....will I get to meet you at that BFO thingy in August? And does this mean you won;t be here for first preview???

What do you mean, darlin?
First preview is Sept. 16th.
Or do you mean will I miss the first rehearsal date in July?
Should be at some but not all rehearsals.
Depends on big new dance musical in Sydney.
I mean...it seems that you are, according to what you wrote...no longer in the NYC area!
So do I get to meet you for the August 24th Bryant Park sessin...or will you be at the first preview on September 16th??
You give clues...but I am so dense that I don't get them!

It's show business - I travel. What was that old French song? "On the road again, my god I'm on the road again..." - something like that - by McKuen & Becaud or Brel or somebody?
Well in that case...I'll be seeing you in all the old familiar places! Thats French too? N'est Pas??

Don't you people read? "A Little Princess" is a book, written by Frances Hodgson Burnett. She also wrote "A Secret Garden."
Yes...and??? I think we all know that the story originally was from a book! But thanks Gus for pointing it out!
