I'm guessing given how sold out it's been that the chances are good of it extending. Do we think it'll last through the Spring?

Considering how costly it was to mount, there is absolutely no way it is actually closing up so quickly when it's selling. Its "limited" nature is a sales tactic.
Maybe I'm wrong but I always assumed that the intention behind this was a long-term money making machine like Sleep No More but they are starting with 'limited runs' to test the waters, build hype and demand. So based on how things are going I'd suggest an extension is extremely likely....

Yeah, this thing is going to have to run multiple years to just break even.
Which I assume is probably also part of the general vagueness at the moment: they want to make sure it's in tip top shape before it's reviewed and before a real marketing blitz begins.
They need to bring those prices down that’s for sure.

I don't really think they can given the cost of mounting and running it.
Sleep No More was a “limited” run that extended a month or so at a time for almost 14 years. Masquerade will continue to extend as long as it sells.
Also, don’t expect to see discounts. This is expensive enough to run that, as soon as they need to discount, they’re closing up shop. Sleep No More only offered $99 lottery tickets in the last year or so of its run. If anything, expect more VIP pricing and the continuation of their “house seats” model of jacking the price up to $300 on last-minute tickets released by production.

Prices are actually going up for the holiday season. Expect them in the $300+ range and special VIP packages for even more. Regardless of whether this is good or not, it will print money. I guess that's what happens when a show has many generations of fans?

Are people even gonna wanna be on the roof once the winter hits? Do they have alternate arrangements yet?
They've already used their indoor set for the outdoor scenes! I think, in fact, they had to use it on the first performance.
