Member's Only Preview of Big New Site Feature - BETA

Hey All-

We've been hard at work here on a big new addition to BroadwayWorld.com that I wanted to give our message board users a sneek peak at. It's in "BETA" at the moment, which means that there are things we know aren't finished/working yet and things we don't.

All feedback / questions / problems / solutions, please PM me or email me @ [e-mail].

The BWIDB is the largest theatre database on the net, covering Broadway and beyond. Quite literally - the whole world of theatre.

We've launched this beta version of the BWIDB already including over 75,000 performers and over 12,000 productions. Those 12,000+ productions were presented in more than 1300 theatres and in over 150 cities! But this is just the tip of the iceberg. We are actively increasing the size and scope of this database to ensure that it's your #1 resource for the history of theatre.

Please bear with us as we continue to collect and verify new and existing information within the database. We encourage you to contribute - just use the easy submission forms located throughout the site.

I love that there is an audio bio as well and that Encores! productions are listed.

It's pretty good. But there's still no database that includes national tours. You might wanna jump on that.

Well actually.. this one has some info already and it will contain tour information. Remember - this is the beta version :)

Very nice, Rob. It's great to have an integrated database of credits from Broadway, Off, Off-Off, Regional. I can't wait to watch this grow! Thanks!
