There was no check. You dont pay to create a parody.
And btw...parodies dont usually mock the original, it just imitates it. (For the people that keep mentioning that.)

These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

This just in: under the new BWW parody laws, literally every episode of Family Guy, especially the ones with musical numbers, have been deemed unconstitutional.
