I am not familiar with this person. What did he (?) do that was so offensive that he should be banned. I vaguely remember some harmless (albeit somewhat incomprehensible) thread about roles where the character is played by a male in some productions and a female in other productions. And then saw some post where he announced that he was leaving, and I remember thinking it was an odd post as he only joined a couple of weeks earlier.
Also, why the time frame, i.e., to ban him "before the Tonys". Are people worried that he will somehow disrupt discussions?
