"Not While I'm Around" from Sweeney Todd doesn't really have anything to do with Mom, but the whole "Nothing's gonna harm you, not while I'm around..." thing is kinda sweet, and if you wanna be funny about it "There's Always a Woman" from Anyone Can Whistle is a killer... hell do a Sondheim medley for Mom!

"The Perfecr Fan" is by the Backstreet Boys, and is actually a pretty song.
"Stay With Me" from Into the Woods is very motherly.

Sunrise, Sunset from Fiddler is a perennial favourite.
Slipping Through My Fingers is also a surefire way to bring mom to sentimental tears :).

You can't go wrong with "Children Will Listen" from INTO THE WOODS. It's not specifically about moms but it definitely works.
