Lots of shows, but these are the only ones I can think of at the moment...
"Tell Me to Go" and "All I Know" - Martin Guerre (London)
Phantom- at the end when he sobs, "It's over now the music of the night..."
Billy Elliot- The letter scene and the dream ballet
Les Mis- the end when Fantine and Eponine come for Jean Val Jean
The Crucible- (I know it's not a musical- sorry)but the "What is a name.." last scene of John Proctor
The War Horse- the end, when Joey and Albert see each other and are reunited

I saw a regional production of Ragtime back in '03 and I was a mess by the end of Act One. I spent the whole intermission holding back tears.
As far as crying, I have cried on two separate occasions. One is in Jersey Boys (not to give anything away, I will say this...It's the "Fallen Angel" scene).
And then I saw Next to Normal this summer and I was a mess during "Light". Tears were streaming down my face. And that is what cemented Next to Normal's place as the most emotional theatrical experience I've ever had.
- At the Ballet, Paul's Monologue, and Alternatives/What I Did For Love from A Chorus Line.
- A Way Back to Then from [title of show]
- the final moment of the current Hair revival with Claude and the Flag.
- Breathe and the Finale of In the Heights
- A ton of Ragtime.... but I completely lost it during the Epilogue.
- I KNow Where I've Been from Hairspray.
"If we don't live happily ever after at least we survive until the end of the week!" -Kermit the frog "I need the money... it costs a lot to look this cheap!" -Dolly P. "Oh please, Over at 'Gypsy' Patti LuPone hasn't even alienated her first daughter yet!" Mary Testa in "Xanadu" "...Like a drunk Chita Rivera!" Robin de Jesus in "In the Heights"
"B*tch, I don't know your life." -Xanadu After that if he still doesn't understand why you were uncomfortable and are now infuriated, kick him again but this time with Jazz Hands!!! -KillerTofu
2 times in Billy Elliot - First in Grandma's song, when she sings "But if I went through my time again, oh I'd do it without the help of men, or at least your Grandad - but then again, you know it's best not to linger". It always makes me cry to think of what her life must have been like and that she'll never have that chance to have her time again.
The second is when the miner's go down into the mine for the last time during "Once We Were Kings". Completely breaks my heart.
The moment in Brooklyn when I realized there was no intermission and I would have to sit there till the end.
Beautiful - Sunday in the Park with George. I was already fit to burst after We Do Not Belong Together, and hearing Mary Beth Peil sing those so true lyrics just put me over the edge.
In the three times I have seen this production of Ragtime (once in DC, twice in NY so far), I have not failed to completely lose it at the end of act 1 when Sarah says "And President, we got a son!" It's so hopeful and genuine and just knowing what happens to her afterwards is heartbreaking. I also have never failed to cry at the scene between Father and Coalhouse in the library when Coalhouse asks Father about his son. Quentin Earl Darrington acts that moment so beautifully.
I also full-out bawled at Next to Normal in DC at There's A World and I've Been, as well as Maybe and So Anyway, among other things. I don't think I've ever been so moved on first viewing of a show in my life, it was such a wonderful experience.
In Grey Gardens, Erin Davie's verse in Choose to Be Happy used to get me every time, specifically the part where she would look at Christine Ebersole and sing to her as she removed her robe and was still wearing her dress. Such a beautiful moment.
Saw N2N @ Arena Stage. I Am The One had me on the verge of tears. One of the greatest shows ever seen. I saw Ragtime in D.C., and any moment where the whole cast sounded 'full' I cried tears of happiness. And, I saw a TheatreIV production of YAGMCB in '01, and the last line (Lucy says to Charlie, "YOU'RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN") made me cry. And, "Goodbye Love" from Rent is a tearjeck. Hell, RENT is a tearjerker. "Aquarius, Three-Five-Zero-Zero, Easy to Be Hard, and Where Do I Go" make me cry all the time.

COMPANY: The scene after "The Ladies Who Lunch" to the end. Every time I watch it, I lose it.
SUNDAY: Both act finales.
I think all of us can say HAIR, "Let The Sunshine In".
Amen, Hallejulah!
Ragtime - Basically from Let Them Hear You to the Epilogue...and still does every time
Billy Elliot - I cried the first time Billy danced, The Letters, Swan Lake, Electricity, and Once We Were Kings.
Next To Normal-The moment right before "I Am the One." Actually, after that, I was sad for the rest of the show. I guess because it just reminds me very much of a family I know, except their child is still alive.

Ragtime the end of Act 1 seeing Quentin on his knees with tears strolling down his face and Next to Normal when Alice's character sang So Anyway. Also, the end of Act 1, A Light in the Dark, when Diana looked back at her husband then back to what was before her.

I teared up during "I've Been" in Next to Normal, and I hardly ever get emotional during shows. There's just something about Bobby's delivery of that song that had me in tears. I think it was "I was here at her side when she called, when she cried" that did it for me. I really felt for Dan at that moment.
rent: when angel dies and walks into the light off stage
the i'll cover you repise
wicked: for good
Hair: the end of let the sunshine in when it goes acapella
I cry often at the theatre. Grey Gardens always makes me cry. The King and I makes me cry. However, in recent memory, I cried at the end of Ragtime. It was a beautiful end to a beautiful production.
I cried 4x during BILLY ELLIOTT. Both of the letters, the Pas De Deux, and Electricity.
I took a trip where I saw Jersey Boys, South Pacific, Sunday in the Park with George, and Spring Awakening in one weekend and cried at all of them.
Proud to admit that I cry all the time in the theatre. My short-list includes:
SWEENEY TODD (2006 Revival)
The finale, when all of the characters stand on the lip of the stage (many dressed in the bleeding white lab coats), sawing away on the strings, blaring the brass, banging the triangles, pounding, pointing and screaming: There! There! THERE! My tears would not stop because I was genuinely scared... it was also my 2nd Broadway show and was having an out-of-soul experience where I couldnt believe a piece of live theatre was affecting me so powerfully.
HAIR (2008 Summer Central Park)
The Be-In always sends me over the edge. Yip-yip-yip-yip-yip-yip-yippee! What the hell are we fighting for? Make love not war! Drop out drop out drop out drop out be in be in be in be in. The cacophony of voices on-top of each other and the absolute raw-ness to their pleas. The tears did not stop from that moment to the very end. (When we see Claude in the final scene after the tribe has wandered off-stage singing Let The Sunshine In)
SPRING AWAKENING
The moment leading up to I Believe, when Wendla asks to be hit with the switch so she can feel something. Then I cry during the actual sex-scene because their clumsy lustful innocence is so authentic. Of course I also cry during Left Behind... mostly at the moment Melchior looks at Moritz father, accusingly.
WICKED
I am not ashamed to admit that I tear-up 3 times during this show. Defying Gravity just makes me erupt in goosebumps and the tears are involuntary. But curiously, the other 2 moments involve the Animals. As soon as The Wizard reveals that Elphaba has conjured wings onto all of the caged monkeys, and you hear their shrieks of horror and Elphaba is so frightened at her own powers. And then I cry when Dr.Dillamond is found underneath the blanket and can no longer speak.
THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA
Aiutumi makes me cry simply because I get sensational-overload. The 8 voices overlapping each other with the booming orchestra! I cant handle it! And when Margaret sings Looove! Looove! Looove! during the finale. How many times can a mother shout this out? She loves her daughter, thats all that she has meant to do and has done and will continue to do (even as Clara moves into a new and unknown chapter of her life without her).
SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE (2008 Revival)
Similar to HAIR, I lost track of how many times this production brought me to tears. Namely, the finale of each Act when George frenetically puts the tableau together. But the first time I saw the show, the water-works started with the VERY FIRST musical scale and paint-brush stroke across the white stage.
ALL MY SONS (2008 Revival)
The moment Chris learns what his dad Joe has done, he hits him. Hard. To the ground. Completely pummels him. And I started to cry because I thought to myself: No matter what the circumstance, I could never hit my father. I called my family immediately after the show and laugh/cried to my dad over the phone, telling him that. He said I need to lay-off the theatre for a while! Haha
THE CRUCIBLE
Arthur Miller must have an affect on me. The moment Abigail starts shrieking and claiming Mary Warren is sending the crow down on her, and the rest of the girls follow-suit. Copying her while Proctor and Mary are helpless in the middle of the court... which just climaxes even more when Mary gives-up and falls victim to the pretense (or else she will be killed) so acts like she sees the spirit also.
FLOYD COLLINS
Several moments in this show... specifically the moment they try to pull him out with rope. Floyd is screaming, Skeet is crying for them to stop, but the men on the line cant hear at first. Im overwhelmed with the hopelessness of the situation and his pain. And I love How Glory Goes when the yodels start to echo in the end.
A CATERED AFFAIR
This was definitely a hit-or-miss show... but I was a mess! My sister had just gotten married and I was having a longing for family (bit of homesickness). And I just love good family stories.
FUERZABRUTA & SLAVAS SNOWSHOW
Two very similar emotional theatre-moments: Bizarre indescribable moments where I am just so washed-over by sensation. Authentically human experiences.
JACQUES BREL (2007 Off-Bway Revival)
At the Zipper Factory, this intimate performance was just revolutionary in my respect for minimalistic production but endless artistry. One song after another, expressed so emotionally and seductively. Songs like Marieke, Amsterdam and Next were just dripping in power!

Grey Gardens, without a doubt. I really didn't expect to be hit as hard as I was by Choose to Be Happy, but when Erin Davie began her solo, I lost it.

Lots of shows and scenes but here's some.
THE KING AND I - "Final Ultimo", the moment when "Something wonderful" starts quietly underscoring the scene and eventually takes over always gets to me.
RAGTIME (orig. prod.) - "Till we reach that day". When that HUGE cast belted out the final verse full blast, I was crying my eyes out!!
THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA - "Finale", when Phantom sings "Christine, I love you!". Nowadays it only gets me if the actor is good.
BEAUTY AND THE BEAST - "If I can't love her". The first time Beast started the main melody "no beauty could..." the beauty of the melody got me.
SHOW BOAT revival - "Bill". The actress playing Julie put so much emotion into this song, particularly the last verse, that I couldn't help crying.
SHOW BOAT revival - "Ol' man river", when the male choir started the main melody.
THE LION KING - "Circle of life". The scene was just so amazing to watch and add in the powerful song...

The last time I saw the show that line made me cry like a baby. I had just broken up with a girl named Christine.
Radioactiveduck: The last scene of a show called A Piece of My Heart... t know if it ever ran on Broadway, but it is POWERFUL.
Do you mean the play about Vietnam? What a great play that is!
Moments that have made me cry:
- "We Do Not Belong Together" in SITPWG.
- "You Walk With Me" in THE FULL MONTY.
- "I'll Cover You Reprise" in RENT.
- "Circle of Life" and "Shadowland" in THE LION KING.
