Or at least evoked a deep emotional response.
I'd have to say in Next to Normal, during I am the One (reprise), when Dan and Gabriel sing, "I am the one who watched while you died" always makes me tear up.
In a local West Side Story, from the rape to the end, I was sitting up in my seat and my heart was pounding.
not exactly sad, but just intense in emotion

I was really overcome with, I don't know what, but during the ending of Act I in Shrek, "Who I'd Be" always makes me tear up.
Also in "Superboy and the Invisible Girl" from "N2N", the one line, "Take a look at the invisible girl, here she is clear as the day. Please look closely before she fades away". Idk why but that line always gets me without fail.
Also the entire thing of "Being Alive" from "Company"....I always get all choked up. My best friend and I saw it on closing night July 1st, 2007. I was bawling
I never really cried during a show but I have been choked up before.
In South Pacific *Spoilers*
when nellie is signing with Emiles kids and emile comes out of nowhere and starts singing with them. The moment that choked me up though was the very last 10 seconds. Nellie just sat at the dinner table with Emile and grabbed his hand while the orchestra played until the show ended.
The ending is so simple but so effective. Its truly a beautiful ending.
On a lighter note..
Every time I see Avenue Q right after Rod sings "Fantasies come true" and realizes Nickys love confession was only a dream and that it never happend.
I never cried or really felt like I was going to but I always go awwww at that scene.
The letter scene in Billy Elliot always makes me cry ~
Fantasies come True or A Fine Fine Line in Avenue Q as well.
The line "My season ended a long time ago" from Another Winter In A Summer Town in Grey Gardens. I completely lost it. And did again and again over the four times I saw the show.
"What I Did For Love" and the scene before it in ACL. Still gets me every time.
The end of 'night, Mother.
The last scene of a show called A Piece of My Heart...don't know if it ever ran on Broadway, but it is POWERFUL.
The Last Days of Judas Iscariot...Satan's line "You are a worthless sack of hot air and you will NEVER be loved"...the cruelty is just overwhelming.

"I Dreamed A Dance" and "There's A World", when I saw Feeling Electric at the 2005 NYMF. They still get to me every time I see Next To Normal.
"For Good" from Wicked.
- Daniel Evan's gasp and the plain background at the end of SITPWG.
- The reunion at the end of South Pacific.
Oh, way too many...
- Next To Normal: after I Am The One (Reprise), when Dan is sitting in his chair. Bobby Spencer's hands covered his face - and I was still fine - but then he lowered his hands and I saw the tears rolling down his cheeks. That's when I died a little inside.
- Les Misérables: the Finale when all the students slowly step forward and the reprise of Do You Hear The People Sing? gets louder and louder
- The Story Of My Life: I was a mess practically all the way from I Didn't See Alvin until the end
- Jersey Boys: didn't expect to cry at a jukebox musical, but when I first saw it, Michael Longoria was on as Frankie. His "Oh my God!" after finding out what happened to Francine was heartbreaking
- South Pacific: the Overture, when the stage pulls back and reveals the orchestra pit. I felt so fortunate to be able to hear that gorgeous score in such wonderful circumstances
- The Secret Garden: Meredith Braun and Philip Quast singing How Could I Ever Know. So powerful
- Avenue Q: the line "Cursing the world that I didn't start sooner and seeing the rest of the class there too" in How Could I Go Back To College. That line totally struck me.

The Act I finale of SUNDAY IN THE PARK...
"What Would I Do?" in FALSETTOS.
Sweeney Todd's "Oh no!!!" at the recognition of the Beggar Woman.
The Bishop with the candlesticks at the beginning of Les Miz.
The Fantasticks: "Look - they've come back! Let's tear down the wall!"
The death of Don Quixote (and Sancho & Aldonza's grief)
Jesse L. Martin singing the "I'll Cover You" reprise after Angel's death.

this.
I also cried during a lot of Angels in America, but when Prior revealed his sarcoma, I got incredibly upset.

When Angel dies in "Rent".... I got teary, but when Collins does that heartbreaking "I'll Cover You" reprise and they leave open that space where Angel stands, I lost it.
When I realized that during "I Got No" in the end of "Hair" and the tribe is holding up Claude that he was getting "shot". Lost it.
Aside from the recent revival on Broadway, the "Don't you touch him!" line from West Side Story completely ruins me. If I'm not in tears by then, that line usually does it.
The end of "Blood Brothers"
"Secret Garden", when Archibald finds that Colin is healthy
The final duet in "The Last Five Years"
"Shenandoah", when Charlie and Robert are reunited
The end of Act 1 in Sunday in the Park with George. So extremely powerful and moving.
I actually hated Daniel Evans' gasp at the end, to be honest.

Near the end of Piazza, when Fabrizio is singing the last verse of "Love to Me" and Clara runs into his arms and they embrace. I got teary-eyed at that moment both times I saw the show in the theatre. Now, I am a bawling mess from that moment straight through to the end of the show whenever I watch the PBS broadcast.
During "What A Piece of Work is Man" in the current revival of Hair, pretty much right to the end.
"I'll Cover You (Reprise)" and "Your eyes", which are both my favorite songs.
The end of Company.
When Clara and Fabrizio meet for the first time as a result of her hat flying off in Light in the Piazza.
The end of Fable as performed by Victoria Clark.
I have become such a crier. Some of the most immediate examples to come to mind (and not necessarily just the first time):
The end of Company. I cried like a baby.
In the final scene of South Pacific, when Nellie tells the kids she loves them.
The Act I finale of Sunday, when George starts to stage the painting.
The end of Hair; Flesh Failures on is really moving, but it's the very final image of this revival that really gets me.
Another Day in Rent.
The end of Next to Normal, when Diana leaves, and the very first lines of "Light."

I also cried at the end of South Pacific when they are reunited. In Billy Elliot I cry when the people in the town start giving him money for school. I also cried all three times I saw Irena's Vow when the son of one of the couple's she hid finds her later in life, and pathetically during the talkback at the end when her daughter talked about Irena's reunion with her sisters. In general, anytime there is a big reunion in a show I'm practically guaranteed to at least tear up.
The whole rape scene in WSS. It doesn't make me cry. It makes me get choked up and intense.

I've said it before but (and all are in Chorus Line)
At the Ballet- When Maggie hits the money note, and the mirrors turn, and the lights come up, I get teary and chills.
Music and the Mirror - When danced properly, I'll cry.
Paul's Monologue - When not done by Joey Dudding, I'll cry.
Alternatives/What I Did For Love - I'll bawl.
[tos]fan999, absolutely! I still get chills just thinking about it.
Others:
Basically "How Could I Ever Forget" and everything that happens after in Next to Normal.
The ending of Passing Strange.
Paul's monologue in A Chorus Line.
The finale of A Tale of Two Cities.
The end of "Fable" in The Light in the Piazza.
The first act finale of Sunday in the Park... when the painting comes together and "Children and Art."
"Step in Time" in Mary Poppins.
The first time I saw the end of "Defying Gravity" I cried for some strange reason.
"They got me" at the end of Hair destroys me.

"I've Been" in N2N. Saw it first at Arena, and happened to be sitting right in front of the chair where that happens. Completely fell apart.
