The theme of a musical revue I am auditioning for is "Parties" and I am looking for an audition song to use. I am a mezzo soprano. I have already heard suggestions of "Nothing Short of Wonderful" from Dogfight and "A Wild, Wild Party" from Wild Party.

There's "Michael in the Bathroom" from Be More Chill, but probably not what you're looking for in this context

Does it need to be a solo? If not " Opening" from Company.
I mean, I'm not sure how old you are but "Don't Tell Mama" from Cabaret, "The Party's Over" from Bells Are Ringing, "The Music That Makes Me Dance" from Funny Girl, or "The Life of the Party," from The Wild Party. I'm not sure all of those fit into your vocal range, but I know they've all been tampered with over the years and written into different vocal strengths.

depending on the style you are looking for:
"Its Today" from Mame
"Turkey Lurkey Time" from Promises, Promises (a bit of an odd choice, but then again, "different" from what others may chose)
"Be Our Guest" from Beauty and the Beast

As far as I am I concerned, The Party's Over is one of the greatest show tunes of all time. Period. (To quote Sean Spicer).
But The Life of the Party from The Happy Time is also a terrific song.
LaChiusa's The Wild Party-Welcome To My Party
from the TONYS with the fabulous Toni Collette as Queenie

I would say Christy Altomare's "We Know How to Party," but it's not musical theatre haha.
"Cabaret" from Cabaret is a good one.
I agree with Jarethan re the greatness of "The Party's Over", but I think you can expect a lot of girls to be singing it.
A few more off-center choices:
"This Was a Real Nice Clambake" -- CAROUSEL
"It's My Party -- a pop song sung by Lesley Gore, but from a period when pop and Broadway were more or less the same thing
"I Had a Ball" -- I HAD A BALL
This time next year from Sunset I guess because of the setting,

Might not be the kind of party you have in mind, but there's Big Fun from Heathers.

"Such a Merry Party" from Little Mary Sunshine. I assume no one else thought of it because it wasn't done by your high school. Mine did it.
There's always Noel Coward's "I've Been to a Marvellous Party." Although that's kind of a patter song that wouldn't showcase your vocal capabilities.
