Okay, about a week ago I said in a post that HF wasn't going to have a lotto. That's what the lady at the box office had told me. I'm assuming now that she only thought I was asking for that particular night when the lotto was already done with.

To clarify everything:

There IS a lotto. Be there 2.5 hours before the show begins and you will get a chance to win $20 tickets. There is a student rush too, which they sell an hour before the show except on Saturday evenings.

So I just wanted to apologize for saying that there wasn't a lotto and that we needed to "get the facts straight." Before I saw All Shook Up yesterday, I went to the Colonial Theater and asked about the rush and lotto policies.

Wait, so are you talking about Broadway or not?

Yay! Thank you so much for the info. So basically, it shouldn't be too difficult to get seats. If I lose the lotto, there are still student rush seats. Is it likely that there will be enough student rush seats even if I don't make it early enough to try for the lotto?

All Shook Up might have a lotto. there were a LOT of people there well before doors would open. plus they'd be smart to considering how empty the theatre was...

I'm planning to go see this tomorrow. Has anyone gotten student rush tickets lately? How bad is the line...what time should I get there? And does anyone know where the seats for rush are located? And help would be great!

There is no one there for the student rush line. You can get there a half hour before the show and probably get tickets.

Sorry for so many questions...but are the lotto seats hard to get? If not, what time should I get there for that?

Nope- I don't think the lotto has been full yet. And I think the seats are better.

Lotto is at 5 pm for front row seats for $20. Student rush is $25 beginning at 6:30 and is whatever they have left, usually side orchestra.

Dean: Can I tell you something? Lorraine: That depends on what it is. Dean: I think you're really really pretty. Lorraine: (after a pause) Ok, you can tell me that.
