We're dealing with Telecharge here so yes, there are going to be glitches. Even when there aren't glitches there are glitches.

The last five times I bought tickets there were problems. Eventually... eventually... I ended up getting tickets. But, not the specific ones I tried to secure online. Those always disappeared and I had to choose others over the phone. Disappointing, frustrating to say the least. I can only imagine how sales will go in the next few days.

Never had a problem wih Telecharge online.
Never had a problem with Telecharge staff.

Anyone trying the Audience Rewards presale that was supposed to start at 10? It’s showing the Belasco and lets me pick seats but seems to still be set to American Express only...

I don’t even see it listed on the Audience Rewards website ... is it listed somewhere else?

You can go directly to the Audience Rewards site and go to the show’s page to purchase tickets for it. The way it works for AR is you have to use their direct link to Telecharge to access the presale. They’re probably just late on promoting in on social media or sending out an email to members.

They're only selling non-premium seats on both Belasco and Cort pages. This is so stupid.

I’m on telecharge and they only have November and March even listed. Is anyone else seeing this?

Telecharge needs to get its s*** together. A Cort option shouldn't even be viewable.

Only 3 dates in March no less.... And the first week of performances in November...

I tweeted at them and got this response “ Telecharge is in the middle of switching performance dates over to the show's new venue at the Belasco. If you use this link, you should receive the option to toggle between the two to select your preferred date:”

so we buy tickets for the Cort and then trust they’ll move them over? I can’t pick my actual seats? The Cort and Belasco are different sizes right?

Different sizes and with different number of seats per row in both orchestra and mezzanine. 

 

I'm thinking about just waiting till they go on-sale to the public. This is such a waste.

I called Audience Rewards and there's a delay with the presale access code because of the theatre change. What a mess. This could have been avoided if they had waited on the first presale. Clearly, the theatre change was in the works.

Does anybody know about the onstage dining seats?  Prices?  I read the London reviews and it sounds very strange.

They are $410ish each after fees. They do serve food during the show, I read somewhere that they would email you a few weeks before the show with menu choices.

I noticed a few invisible seats. They’ve moved a lot of dates over to the Belasco, but January still isn’t, and that’s when I’m going.

So, should I just wait to buy these? We wanted to go for our anniversary, but I don't want to drop a bunch on good tickets and not have purchased for the right theatre... Does anyone think this will be discounted? I don't know what to do...
