"NETWORK is moving to the BELASCO THEATRE. Performances will start as scheduled on Nov. 10. If you purchase tickets on this page, you will be seated in comparable seats at the BELASCO, at the same price.
We're in the process of moving performance dates over to the new venue. Click here to view more available dates on the NETWORK page. If a performance date is not visible on either page, please check back in a couple of hours."
I bought tickets last week, and I assume they'll be the same seats; nothing in my order has changed yet.
jas1234 posted about Tatiana joining the cast in the Network thread a couple weeks ago, and I didn't even realize it wasn't official until now. (I'm thrilled about it.) He also said Jimmy Smits is on board; I wonder if that announcement is coming soon.
Wow. Shows are running out of the Cort left and right this season.
In our millions, in our billions, we are most powerful when we stand together. TW4C unwaveringly joins the worldwide masses, for we know our liberation is inseparably bound.

You just proved exactly what I said on Friday P.M. of Labor Day weekend when the announcement was made: that if you want to bury some news, release it late Friday on a holiday weekend.

Well, it's in a state of disrepair right now, and it's in probably the worst location for a Broadway theater (hardly any regular foot traffic from theatergoers). I feel like opening at the Cort is like drawing the short straw.

The Belasco hasfewer seats than the Cort."
True but the Belasco has more better seats and in particular the entire differential in number of seats are in the balcony. More is not always more desirable, especially for a show where managing demand is where it's at. (Stated differently, you can't get premium prices for those balcony seats. )
Almost 24 hours after the theatre change announcement, and they have 4 dates transferred. I picture a bunch of people at the Telecharge office with pens and paper, manually assigning new seats. Ridiculous.
I'd hope they'd have everything switched over by tomorrow, but if not and you really want to buy tickets as soon as possible, you can still book tickets for the performances that haven't been transferred over yet (use the link below or just make sure you select Network at the Cort Theatre from Telecharge's menu). When you go to buy the tickets, a message will come up (which I posted earlier in the thread) saying that you'll be moved to comparable seats in the Belasco.

Thanks for this, I am trying to see what's going to be available tomorrow by playing around with the site and pretending I am going to buy with an AmEx but the website is just crapping itself badly.
We're dealing with Telecharge here so yes, there are going to be glitches. Even when there aren't glitches there are glitches.
The last five times I bought tickets there were problems. Eventually... eventually... I ended up getting tickets. But, not the specific ones I tried to secure online. Those always disappeared and I had to choose others over the phone. Disappointing, frustrating to say the least. I can only imagine how sales will go in the next few days.
